Responsibilities

- Establish KPIs and innovation metrics for future-readiness initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year market impact
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists, VCs, and academic pioneers
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and key stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or relevant field
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year corporate roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
