Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for long-term viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Advise executive team on emerging risks and market evolution vectors
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions
- Represent company at global futurist forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future-state concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
