As a key architect of our future-facing initiatives, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate paradigm shifts across AI, biotechnology, sustainability, and human-machine interfaces. You'll craft scenarios that prepare our organization for the complexities of the mid-2020s, ensuring we lead rather than follow the next wave of disruption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities and threats
- Design and pilot innovation labs exploring next-generation human-AI collaboration paradigms
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Monitor global policy and regulatory developments affecting emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology applications
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend-analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to C-level audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
- Strong network with futurist communities and tech thought leaders
