Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for technological convergence and market evolution
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Advise leadership on emerging tech adoption, ethical implications, and competitive positioning
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating complex systems thinking
