Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, societal, and market trends to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and priorities
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes, executive briefings)
- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for our ecosystem
- Quantify future market opportunities and competitive threats through data modeling
- Advise executive team on long-term R&D investments and pivots
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences and public forums
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
