Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global megatrends across technology, geopolitics, and human behavior through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum AI integration and bio-digital convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives with R&D and product development teams
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and external partners
- Design and facilitate immersive future-state simulations for stakeholder decision-making
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adoption of emerging technologies
- Maintain proprietary 'Future Radar' intelligence system tracking disruptive signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful scenario-planning implementations in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity implications
- Experience with strategic foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Polymath)
- Ability to communicate complex futures through compelling narratives and visualizations
