Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for next-generation product innovation and business models
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes, reports)
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps that materialized
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major foresight projects with measurable impact
