- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' forecast reports for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into operational planning
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-cultural shifts impacting long-term business strategy

Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
