- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and market disruption reports
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies' commercial viability
- Design organizational frameworks for agile adaptation to future disruptions
- Present strategic insights to investors and industry boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or tech innovation
- Proven track record predicting market shifts (e.g., AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or MBA with innovation focus
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published work on future-of-work or exponential technologies
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEPLE analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
