- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product strategies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces positioning company as 2026 innovation pioneer
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to executive board and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting, innovation labs, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio published foresight work or thought leadership pieces
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
