Responsibilities
- Map emerging technological and societal trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop adaptive strategy roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Design scenario-based resilience frameworks for volatile market conditions
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Partner with R&D to accelerate prototyping of 2026-viable technologies
- Establish KPIs to track strategy execution and future-readiness maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year future-state roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech integration
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal analysis)
- Published thought leadership on exponential technology impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent methodology
