Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum adoption, climate tech)
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines for 2026 capabilities
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and their implications
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or tech innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or strategic frameworks
