Responsibilities
- Architect the strategic roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, integrating emerging technologies with human-centric design principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive opportunities for 2026's technological ecosystem
- Develop foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and board members, securing alignment and resources
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry collaborations
- Monitor global technological shifts, regulatory impacts, and ethical considerations affecting 2026's landscape
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and securing buy-in for visionary initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology ethics, or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful transformation of futuristic concepts into tangible outcomes
