Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready initiatives
- Produce trend briefings for investors and product development teams
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and think tanks
- Identify and nurture partnerships with emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership pieces on the future of human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience working with C-suite executives in tech or Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in futurist or business journals
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
