Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics)
- Conduct horizon-scanning workshops with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author thought leadership papers published in MIT Technology Review and Nature Futures
- Manage innovation sprints integrating blockchain, IoT, and biotech convergence
- Present strategic recommendations at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published research on 2025+ technology trends in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology transitions
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused commercialized innovations
