Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) and map their impact on 2026 business landscapes
- Develop predictive scenario models for market evolution and competitive disruption
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into DNA
- Produce executive foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic integration
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and innovation thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-ready strategy implementations
- Experience advising Fortune 500 organizations on transformation
