- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders on future-proofing business models
- Design and implement pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with 5-year commercialization horizons
- Author white papers and thought leadership on sustainable futures and human-tech symbiosis
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term market evolution
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in forecasting emerging technologies and their market impacts
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI ethics, neurotech, or climate adaptation
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex global data into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership on future-focused topics (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
