Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic paradigms
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps and product development pipelines
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Establish cross-functional innovation ecosystems to prototype and test 2026-viable solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes impacting 2026 business landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
