Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate adaptation) through quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on emerging paradigms
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify strategic risks and opportunities through predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Advise C-suite on innovation investments and portfolio allocation for 2026 readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research with demonstrated impact on long-term planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate visionary concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Experience with foresight tools (Delphi method, causal layered analysis, AI trend prediction)
