- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience in volatile futures
- Partner with R&D to translate future forecasts into product roadmaps
- Lead strategic workshops with C-suite on long-term innovation alignment
- Author thought leadership on emerging societal-technological paradigms
- Manage horizon scanning initiatives across 15+ emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of trend forecasting in tech/biotech/climate sectors
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
