- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-state planning
- Advise C-suite executives on emerging market opportunities
- Build and maintain a network of futurist and academic thought leaders
- Quantify future ROI for emerging technology investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published research on AI, biotech, or climate futures
- Proficiency with futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills to diverse technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
