Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging technology and societal trends through 2026 using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for market entry and product evolution in 2026+ landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Author comprehensive trend reports and white papers on 2026 market disruptors
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Advose executive leadership on long-term positioning against competitive futures
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking future-readiness and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Experience developing strategic frameworks for 5+ year future horizons
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation in corporate environments
