As a pivotal member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems. You'll translate complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps while cultivating a culture of radical innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology and market trends to develop predictive 2026 strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation roadmaps with engineering and product teams
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Represent the company at future-focused conferences and thought leadership forums
- Design and implement horizon-scanning processes to maintain competitive advantage
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform)
