You'll transform complex data into actionable strategies that position Horizon Dynamics as the undisputed leader in next-generation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market signals impacting 2026 business landscape
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 3-5 year product roadmaps
- Conduct deep-dive trend analysis across 15+ industries using proprietary AI-driven forecasting tools
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines with R&D, engineering, and marketing teams
- Author quarterly Future Briefings distributed to C-suite and board members
- Manage relationships with 20+ global innovation labs and thought leadership networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and market adoption curves
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., AC/SCF)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario planning projects
