Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ trend forecasts across technology, geopolitics, and socio-economic domains
- Design actionable strategic roadmaps for clients adopting emerging technologies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future-of-work transformations
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight intelligence database using AI-powered analytics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future business models and service offerings
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate foresight at Fortune 500 level
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and cross-impact matrix analysis
