Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Produce visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technologies and societal paradigms
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into measurable KPIs and innovation roadmaps
- Advose executive leadership on strategic pivots and market positioning for 2026 readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future strategy
- Portfolio of published foresight work or scenario planning projects
- Mastery of foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
