Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market disruption across multiple industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning our company at the forefront of innovation
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for tracking progress toward 2026 strategic objectives
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences and large forums
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., CFrA) or equivalent professional designation
- Prior experience in high-growth tech or consulting environment preferred
