- Produce annual Horizon Report 2026 for industry stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech consulting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite technology decisions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with Delphi method and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for innovation
