Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-focused product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and innovation priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on future trends and scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic data to anticipate market disruptions and opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks to track innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused role
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist methodologies and strategic impact
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
