As a cornerstone of our Strategic Foresight Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to decode signals from quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, and biotechnology. This role demands equal parts analytical rigor and creative vision to build actionable frameworks that future-proof organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead executive workshops on disruptive technologies and societal transformation pathways
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with quantifiable impact projections for key industries
- Architect innovation roadmaps for clients adopting quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Establish cross-industry consortiums for collaborative future-shaping initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists on advanced foresight methodologies and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (quantum, AGI, climate tech)
- Advanced proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-level transformation roadmaps (2018-2025)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, SFI)
