Responsibilities
- Forecast global technological and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes through quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Identify disruptive threats and blue-ocean opportunities across 15+ industry verticals
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Represent FutureWorks at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology) and adoption curves
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFRP) or equivalent professional designation
