- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce strategic whitepapers and thought leadership content on emerging paradigms
- Advortise innovation portfolios using quantitative forecasting and qualitative foresight methods
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced scenario modeling techniques
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational initiatives
