Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology trend forecasts using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on disruptive forces (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into product roadmaps
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030 market demands
- Author thought leadership pieces on the future of work and human-AI collaboration
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (showcase 3+ validated predictions)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
