- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Architect innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI autonomy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future market realities
- Produce scenario-planning models for regulatory, ethical, and societal disruption vectors
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across product development and talent ecosystems
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on emerging opportunity landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario development frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar recognized program
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating future visions to diverse stakeholders
