Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for client organizations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce executive-level reports and presentations translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote speeches, and industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with future focus
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 environments
