Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptions
- Create scenario-planning models for climate change, demographic shifts, and regulatory changes
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational structures
- Produce quarterly trend briefs for C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize future-state innovations
- Represent Horizon at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive market shifts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
