Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2026 technological disruption
- Lead scenario planning workshops on quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate adaptation technologies
- Produce quarterly Horizon Reports analyzing convergence of biotech, AI, and space exploration
- Advise C-suite executives on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Establish cross-industry task forces addressing ethical implications of autonomous systems
- Pioneer predictive models for societal adoption of metamaterials and fusion energy
- Represent FutureVision at Davos, TED, and UN Technology Summits
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight at top-tier consultancies (e.g., BCG, Deloitte) or R&D labs
- Published peer-reviewed research on exponential technology adoption patterns
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight practitioners program)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three major futures projects with measurable impact
- Fluency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
