Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptors to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for high-impact industries (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Produce executive briefings and strategic roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future-proofing initiatives
- Publish thought leadership pieces in industry journals and conferences
- Maintain proprietary trend database and predictive analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in futurism, strategy consulting, or R&D foresight
- Proven track record of accurate trend forecasting for 2020+ timelines
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and NLP tools
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field
- Presentation experience at Davos, World Economic Forum, or equivalent
- Published work on emerging tech adoption curves or singularity economics
