Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop and present strategic scenarios for board-level decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into product development and investment priorities
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-ready initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends (e.g., AI ethics, space economy)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
