Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Advantage: Experience with metaverse/Web3 ecosystems or neuro-interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into executable business strategies
- Strong background in data visualization and scenario planning tools
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and future-shaping projects
