Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, energy, and fintech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into executable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market demands
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Maintain a dynamic foresight dashboard tracking 200+ emerging technologies and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused client engagements
