Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech acceleration, climate tech disruption) and their impact on industry verticals
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce forward-looking strategic documents and thought leadership content
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technology applications
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work or technology ethics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
