Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented initiatives
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and societal transformation
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSP) highly desirable
