Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and space exploration
- Present futurist insights to global stakeholders at Davos-style forums and industry summits
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation architects
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging societal paradigms
- Drive corporate strategy through horizon scanning and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, nanotech, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published author in futurism or technology ethics journals
- Experience leading global teams in multicultural environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
