Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models and strategic frameworks for C-suite clients in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and implementation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive forces reshaping global markets
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor real-time data streams using proprietary AI tools to refine strategic predictions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical techniques
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, MBA, or related technical field
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience to C-level audiences
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, backcasting)
- Track record of publishing thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption topics
