Responsibilities

- Design and conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging domains

- Publish thought leadership in top-tier futurist publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic scenarios
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and weak signal detection
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published work in futurist journals or major industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
