As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop actionable strategies positioning us as industry pioneers. You'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies and AI-driven trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities before they enter the mainstream.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for adoption of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and scenario-planning reports
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation portfolios with future market needs
- Design immersive foresight workshops for executive leadership teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track evolution of strategic bets
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into narratives
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
