- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with 5-10 year market evolution
- Conduct foresight workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate future insights into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Author thought leadership on emerging paradigm shifts
- Monitor global disruptors and emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neurotech)
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
