Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures
- Produce annual Horizon Report on emerging industry disruptors
- Integrate blockchain, AR/VR, and climate tech into client roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary forecasting methodologies
- Present at Davos-style forums on next-generation business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Track record advising C-suite on digital transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from APF or WFS
- Portfolio of 3+ 5-year strategic roadmaps implemented by major corporations
