Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic frameworks for 2026 technology adoption across multiple industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business goals
- Curate thought leadership content and represent the company at global futurism forums
- Mentor junior futurists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of delivering actionable future scenarios to Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leader in futurism or technology ethics (peer-reviewed publications)
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling framework (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
